No mobile information will be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

We may share your Personal Data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, only with third parties that help us deliver our messaging services (such as messaging platform providers and phone carriers), and solely for the purpose of providing that service to you.

If you consent to receive text messages from us, message and data rates may apply, message frequency varies, and you may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance. Opting out of text messages does not affect your ability to use our services or to contact us by email or phone.

7. State-Specific Privacy Rights

Residents of certain U.S. states may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a portable copy of personal information, and rights to opt out of applicable sharing, sales, targeted advertising, or profiling where required by law.
